Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. We use as few as we can get away with. Nothing that tracks you is switched on until you say so.

Your choices are saved on your device. You can reopen the panel whenever you like:
1. The categories we use
Strictly necessary — always on
These make the site function. Without them you could not log in, keep items in a comparison list, or submit a form safely. They store no advertising information and we cannot switch them off.
Analytics — off until you allow them
These tell us which vehicles get looked at and which pages people leave from, so we can improve the site. The information is aggregated — it tells us "40 people viewed this Harrier", not who you are.
Marketing — off until you allow them
These let us show our vehicles to people who have shown interest, on other platforms. If you leave these off you will still see our adverts — they just will not be tailored to you.

At the moment no analytics or marketing cookies are configured on this site at all — only the necessary ones above are in use. If that changes, this table is updated automatically.
3. Things that are not cookies
For completeness, we also store a little information on your device using browser storage rather than cookies:
- Saved vehicles — your shortlist, kept on your device so it survives a refresh.
- App settings — whether you dismissed the install prompt, and your sidebar preference.
- Offline cache — if you install our app, pages and images are cached so it works on a weak connection. You can clear this by uninstalling the app or clearing site data.
None of this is shared with anyone, and all of it is cleared when you clear your browser data for this site.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
As well as our preferences panel, every browser lets you block or delete cookies directly. Blocking all cookies will stop you from logging in or saving a comparison, but you can still browse.
- Chrome (Android & desktop) — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari (iPhone) — Settings → Apps → Safari → Block All Cookies
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
5. Consent and the law
Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 we need your consent before placing non-essential cookies, and that consent has to be freely given and as easy to refuse as to accept. That is why "Reject all" sits next to "Accept all" on our banner, and why nothing beyond the necessary cookies loads until you choose.
Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask again. If you clear your browser data we will also ask again, because the record of your choice lives on your device.
